Bankruptcy in the 21st Century: Solutions to Problem Cases

The National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) has opened registration for the 23rd Annual Convention, set for April 23-26, 2015 in Chicago IL. NACBA members and non-members can register for the country’s largest consumer bankruptcy professional development and networking event for the early-bird rate through February 27, 2015 at www.NACBA2015.org (powered by Amicus Creative Media)

“The Annual Convention is NACBA’s signature event and the premier training opportunity for all consumer bankruptcy attorneys” said Dan LaBert, NACBA’s Executive Director. “Attorneys and their staff will have countless opportunities to improve their bankruptcy knowledge and expand their client possibilities, be it through continuing legal education seminars or the equally invaluable networking opportunities. We are looking forward to a great event in Chicago.”

The NACBA Annual Convention is comprised of approximately 40 educational seminars, including general sessions, break-out sessions, vendor tracks and keynote presentations focused on the latest developments in consumer bankruptcy, including student loans. Over 75 distinguished panelists and speakers from across the country are scheduled to participate. New for 2015, attendees will enjoy two keynote presentations and receive free AudioPoint™ Materials.

The convention’s sponsor and exhibitor area will be comprised of approximately 100 various businesses showcasing the latest in bankruptcy specific technology, practice management, legal research and credit counseling. StratusBK (Platinum Level), Topform by Fastase (Gold Level) and Lawyer.com (Silver Level) have committed as Annual Convention Sponsors. Numerous NACBA committees and other bankruptcy groups will also host business meetings throughout the weekend.

NACBA has secured discounted rooms for convention attendees and participants at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile, host hotel of the 23rd Annual Convention, for reservations based upon availability.

The NACBA Annual Convention has attracted an average of over 1000 bankruptcy attorneys, support staff and guests, for the last 10 years making it the largest annual gathering of consumer bankruptcy professionals in the United States.

Discounted registration is available for members of NACBA. Non-Members can take advantage of reduced rates by joining the association. In past years, attendees have earned up to 15 continuing legal education credits including ethics.

For more information on the Annual Convention, please visit www.NACBA2015.org. Follow @NACBAorg on Twitter (hashtag #NACBACHI).
